Pricing

$70 per hour, 3 hour minimum on site sessions

Additional Information

CHARGES & PAYMENT

  1. Charges & Payment:
    • $70 per hour for services rendered.
    • Sessions of 5 hours or more include an optional unpaid meal break.
    • Design time and excess session time billed in 1/4 hour increments.
    • 3-hour minimum for on-site sessions.

  1. Payment Terms:
    • Payment for services is due prior to the first session.
    • Hours and packages purchased are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.
    • Credit cards accepted through Venmo.
    • On-site sessions not paid in advance: can be paid through Venmo, check or cash. 
    • Return check charge: $35.
    • Additional collection and/or legal fees for overdraft charges and unpaid balances.

  1. Travel Time:
    • Up to 60 minutes round-trip included in the fee.
    • Additional travel time billed at $70 per hour.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  1. Shopping List Creation: Happily Organized can create a list of necessary products and supplies for each session.
  2. Supply Purchase and Delivery: Upon client request, Happily Organized can purchase and deliver approved supplies.
  3. Reimbursement: Client agrees to reimburse Happily Organized for authorized expenses and shopping fees.
  4. Trash Removal & Dumpster Rentals:
    1. Client is responsible for arranging trash removal.
    2. Happily Organized may suggest working with them for at least one session before deciding on dumpster rental.
    3. If requested, Happily Organized can assist with arranging and monitoring dumpster rentals.
  5. Donations:
    1. One carload of donations per organizing session.
    2. Donation dropoff at the discretion of the organizer.
    3. Tax receipts will not be provided.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. Confirmation: Scheduled appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Cancellations within 3 business days incur a $100 fee.
    2. Fee may be waived with rescheduling.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    1. Clients are considered no-shows 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time.
    2. Full session charge applies for no-shows.
    3. Travel time above 60-minute radius may also be charged.
  4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
    1. Follow Bethany, IL (Moultrie County) and local school district decisions.
    2. No cancellation fees will be assessed.
